    “while your on the …
“while your on the subject “wa” is the subject marker. ”

Just so you know, ‘wa’ *never* marks the subject. That’s the job of ‘ga’.

    “As an example, ? …
“As an example, ? tells you that what comes on the left side is the topic of the current sentence (??????Andy ?? would mean “I (<– the topic of the current sentence) Andy am.”). ”

Great description, but a description that only applies to ? (ga), not ? (wa).

    oh by the way… …
oh by the way… the simplified japanese writing system also came from chinese.. which is just portions of a whole chinese character taken here and there… so come to think of it.. nothing japanese did is original.

    japanese language …
japanese language is really a shame language.. throughout its history it used the Chinese writing system, then later added the simplified japanese system. The japanese system could not compensate for the entire japanese language, therefore today, it’s a mixuture of Chinse hangi and that takahana… At least the Koreans are proude of themselves to have invented their entire new writing system, which honestly look like shit!

    Kore is the …
Kore is the demonstrative pronoun, not the demonstrative adjective. KONO kaban wa ikura desu ka.

    You should say:
    ” …

    You should say:
“Kono kaban wa ikura desu ka?”

The word ‘kono’ must be followed with a noun.

as far as i can …
as far as i can tell wa doesn’t mean am. It’s what they call a “particle” (don’t know what that is though) that changes the meaning of desu apparently. And desu means “Am, are, is, etc”.

So instead of being a “slang” it’s a verb but placed later in the sentence.
Correct me if i am wrong though.

    No. “Am” is “wa”. …
No. “Am” is “wa”. Watashi wa = I am.
“Desu” is a Japanese slang… it doesn’t exactly translate to “is”. It depends on how you use it.
